I really liked the surroundings – the warmth of the place and the good taste in everything, the food was amazing, and Constanza and Francesca were the best. I didn’t like that I didn’t get my own cabin; they put me in the main lounge upstairs, which felt too public, and in a place called Lodge it’s unacceptable that the shower water isn’t warm.

Excellent, local products, wonderful view, and impeccable service. Simple but very enjoyable. Nothing was wrong; everything was great. We were treated very well.

The views were truly breathtaking – probably the most stunning spot we’ve ever stayed at. The room was gorgeous, the staff were super friendly, and the food was delicious. A truly magical place!

El lodge es precioso y la ubicación espectacular, con fantásticas vistas a la cordillera y al valle del Río Ibáñez. Nuestra habitación era muy cómoda y linda. Desayuno excelente y buenas cenas. El equipo a cargo es muy amable y con buena disposición. El lodge tiene un problema grave con el acceso, no cumple con la normativa que debe tener una organización de uso público. La pendiente y las características del suelo son sólo para una conducción experimentada de vehículo 4x4 y tiene partes muy estrechas y no se controla el movimiento, por lo que se pueden encontrar dos vehículos en sentido contrario. Tampoco es fácil acceder caminando. Sería necesario tener acceso alternativo por alguna propiedad contigua o al menos, controlar el tráfico
