This riad is amazing. It was incredibly clean and quiet, in a great location, and the staff were outstanding. Abdel met me as soon as I stepped out of my taxi and walked me to the riad, and he was kind and considerate throughout my stay. He checked on me regularly, gave great recommendations, and even made dinner reservations for me. Breakfast was lovely every day, and a fresh plate of fruit was placed in my room daily as well. I'd highly recommend staying here for a wonderful experience in Marrakech!

“A calm oasis, in a perfect location, with a personal touch.”

The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, doing everything possible for us. We arranged an airport pickup through the riad, which was flawlessly organized. Arriving at night, navigating from the taxi drop‑off to the riad in the dark would have been tough, but it was easy. Breakfast was delicious, plentiful, and flexible to our schedule. The small rooftop pool, terrace, and sunbeds were lovely spots to unwind after a hot, busy day in Marrakesh, feeling like a calm oasis amid the chaos. Personal touches made this place stand out: a fruit plate in the room, small snacks the next day, cold water offered after a hot outing, rose petals on the breakfast table, and direct WhatsApp contact with Abdel, the manager. We were well taken care of. The only downside was the open‑plan bathroom/bedroom; I prefer a separate door for the toilet.

“Le riad est très bien mais la prestation d'informations est complètement facultative ici!!”

The riad is stunningly beautiful and impeccably decorated in a Moorish style. Breakfast was decent, and the staff were friendly and pleasant. The location was ideal, close to the souks, yet there was no daytime or nighttime noise. However, the old air‑conditioning units were loud, and the Wi‑Fi was completely unreliable, causing us to incur €60 overage charges each on the first night, totaling €120. The riad manager didn’t inform us about this! When we asked for recommendations on buying argan oil, he directed us to the riad’s driver, who charged us €70 for a trip to Ourika and then took us to Afous Argane, a tourist trap where 30 cl of argan oil cost €30. When we reported this back, he was surprised but still kept a smile on his face.

Abdel, Mina, and the Riad Hayati team were incredibly accommodating and always helpful. Airport transfers were easy, and they provided well‑informed advice for excursions. I can’t recommend better hosts, especially for first‑time visitors to Marrakesh. The riad’s location was perfect, near the souks and just a few minutes’ walk from Jemaa el Fnaa, yet a couple of streets away from the crowds. We felt safe, and everything was accessible, including easy taxi pickup points.
