“Miedosa Navidad”
The guest's stay was marred by a mix of breathtaking views and severe shortcomings in basic amenities and maintenance. Despite the hotel's picturesque location, the lack of functional services and a surprise guest in the form of a bat made for an unforgettable – albeit unpleasant – experience.
