The staff behaved in a very unprofessional manner. During breakfast they sat down with the guests, eating together and even taking food right in front of us, often leaving almost nothing behind. They gathered at the large table, talked loudly, showed little regard for others, and spent a lot of time on their phones. I’ve stayed in many hotels worldwide, but never seen anything like this; it made breakfast feel highly unpleasant.
