Nice spot, but a bit of cleaning needed.

I booked a day‑use room and told the front desk that it was only for the day; they gave us a room that was in terrible condition and showed us two rooms that were identical and also in bad shape. They said that was the only room left, and although they mentioned an upgrade for an extra fee that I was willing to pay, nothing was arranged.

The location was good and the room was clean, but the front desk seemed overwhelmed, juggling several guests at once instead of giving each person focused attention. When we raised concerns, the staff got argumentative rather than helpful, making the reception feel chaotic and unwelcoming.

Central location, helpful staff, and clean rooms.

Central spot and a large room, but the breakfast selection and quality were lacking, and the checkout process was slow and disorganized.
