“Boutique hotel with “hostel” in its name. Everyone at the property is pleasant. Centrally located.”

Everything was great, nothing to note except that it feels more like a boutique hotel than a hostel.

People were very friendly, warm welcome, secure place, water fountain available. We could leave our luggage while on our Amazon trip. The room had a strong unpleasant odor on the first day, which was somewhat masked by perfume but persisted later and even seeped into our clothes. A bit pricey because there’s no breakfast, unlike other places we stayed in Brazil.
