The staff were pleasant and helpful, very supportive and cooperative. It was hardly a five‑star hotel—more like a two‑star place, and the cleanliness was questionable.

Nothing particular. The location is far; you need to take a taxi or bus, and the room was neither clean nor properly arranged.
