The staff are very pleasant, and the breakfast is spectacular. The shower is a bit uncomfortable because it lacks a partition or curtain, and water spills outside the shower tray.

The staff are very friendly and attentive, which we really appreciate. Unfortunately, our room was very dirty, with worn‑out equipment and shabby walls.

All the staff are good and nice, and I like the room rate; they’re perfect. I also appreciate the traditional beverages, especially jamu, which was great. Breakfast was also excellent. Thank you. The water dispenser is next to the trash can, which is unacceptable; please separate them and keep the dispenser clean. The view from our room isn’t great because we saw many power poles; if you could trim the small branches in front of the hotel, we might see the mountain view. Thank you.
