I have to say, the breakfast buffet was very good and varied. The hotel isn’t close to the nightlife on Rua Paulista, but the neighbourhood is quiet, has good places to eat, and many shops for affordable clothing.

The room was great. Very comfortable. The shower was excellent, with plenty of pressure. Nothing else caught my eye.

Shout‑out to Célio at reception: attentive, quick, and very polite. Excellent professional. The hotel needs renovation – paint the corridors and door frames. Suggest putting fruit on the restaurant chair legs; it would prevent damage to the wooden legs and reduce the noise when moving the chairs.

The hotel provides good bathrobes and towels. The breakfast lacks variety, yet it covers everything needed, even including Nespresso espresso. The facilities feel outdated and need more care because the hotel isn’t new.
