The location. 3 adults booked for the room and we were given one bed and I was double charged which they fixed but with it already attached to my card I couldn't do anything I wanted to do. Who gives 3 adults 1 queen bed really?

The pool was shut for the entire duration of my stay, which was disappointing.

The breakfast featured some awful sausage, and the place was noisy with sirens all night; the staff at checkout were rude and unhelpful.

The location and cleanliness were fine, yet the parking fee felt excessive and the breakfast left a lot to wish for.
