We loved everything, starting with Eduardo at reception who was very kind and helpful all the time. The room we stayed in was a dream, with the best view, excellent bed, and a great bathroom.
“Location Location Location”
Perfect for a few days exploring Bologna. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. When we opened the windows and shutters, the street below had a pleasant vibe, but with the windows closed you couldn’t hear anything.

We skipped breakfast and always opted for a delicious lunch, and nothing else caught our attention.

There was no reception desk; 30 minutes before arrival we were contacted by phone, and the key hand‑over went perfectly. The location on Piazza Maggiore is superb. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast at the bar across the street had friendly staff. Everything was fine.

The location is awesome, quiet, discreet, secure, and beautifully clean and well maintained. The staff really did their best to meet all our needs. The walk‑in shower was huge with great water pressure. The bed was comfy. The communal microwave was much appreciated! We liked everything at the property, but the staff at the breakfast café (not part of the hotel) were impatient and rude.
