We enjoyed our stay completely! Our two dogs felt right at home from the start. The team was incredibly warm and attentive. For my mother's birthday, our room was beautifully decorated as a surprise that touched us deeply. We felt welcomed from the very first moment. Breakfast was excellent: tasty, varied, and lovingly presented. Cleanliness was flawless. Thank you for the wonderful time; we’ll definitely return! 🐾

The breakfast selection was high quality, but the dinner fell short.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and we checked in early. Breakfast was all homemade and very extensive. The large room had all the desired amenities. It was a genuinely relaxed yet complete hotel. Everything else was fine, except the hassle with the underground garage, which was not the hotel's fault.

The hotel sits right next to the metro and in the lively cultural heart of Paris; everything matched the Mercure standard—good value, clean rooms, excellent breakfast, and helpful staff. There was nothing to complain about.
