Breakfast was almost non‑existent: just a couple of cookies and coffee with milk, no fruit, no cheese or cold cuts, and no fruit salad either. The room was the minimum category, the bed had a worn mattress. It was impossible to get a receipt before paying, and they wouldn’t acknowledge the VAT exemption for foreigners with an external card. They seemed clueless—overall a bad experience.

The place was very basic with rundown facilities. Breakfast was almost non‑existent; I asked for toast and bread, and they said the only thing they had was what they had brought. I got three greasy pancakes. The “staff” did everything—cleaning, reception, and payment.
