“Very nice rooms, great breakfast and friendly staff!”

Close to Main Street in Hyannis and a shopping mall, with nothing negative.

“Enjoyable stay...(our 3d time staying with Marriott)”

The room was neat and clean, breakfast was okay, but there could have been a few more options for breakfast.

“Best thing about hotel was its proximity to everything.”

Property was ok. Rooms were too small especially with 2 wheelchairs in the room. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was decent. The location was very convenient to everything. Rooms are too small

They tried to charge me extra at check‑in. The lock broke, which made us late for a scheduled activity. They stripped our room of sheets and towels and didn’t replace them, so we ended up in an empty room after a long day. Mid‑night, they moved us from room 212 to 148. I would like a refund.

“We paid approximately £300 per room per night. That is fine for a good quality hotel but it is let down greatly by the b”

The place was clean and comfortable, but the buffet breakfast was poor. Other guests also seemed to agree.
