The hot water was decent, but the trash was everywhere—bags littered the hallways and outside. I was assigned a handicap room even though I’m not disabled; when I asked to move, the staff said no because they’d have to clean two rooms. There was no ventilation, so the shower left the room damp, and the bed was just a mattress on a metal box—bad for your back. Breakfast consisted of a gallon of milk, two stale cereals, over‑ripe oranges, and a few pale apples. My room was next to the office, so I could hear everything, and there was rust dripping in the shower.

The location was fine, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The second room smelled like cat piss, while the other had urine in the bathroom; mold was present in the A/C unit. We switched back to the first room and dealt with a leaking A/C using extra towels. The breakfast room was dirty, so I didn’t eat there, and a piece of drywall was leaning against the counter—probably for remodeling. The lobby and hallways were unvacuumed, with the same grime present upon arrival and departure. The front desk guy was friendly and tried to accommodate us with additional rooms for our afternoon check‑out, but garbage bags were left near the entrance from the back parking lot.

My reservation was mistakenly assigned to the wrong person, so those two nights were canceled and I had to re‑book at full price under the original guest’s name. No cancellation has been credited or recorded yet. The staff were unhelpful.

Nothing positive to note. The cereal was all over the place and I couldn’t even take my coffee back to the room.
