I was impressed by how spotless everything was, the staff were friendly, and the price was great, but I was surprised to learn that breakfast wasn't included.

The hotel’s location was very convenient for dining and mailing, the staff were very friendly and competent, and I would choose this hotel again in Brookfield; everything met my expectations.

The building was gorgeous, the cookies given at check‑in were delicious and a pleasant surprise, and the gentleman who checked us in was awesome with a great sense of humor, but we didn’t stay long enough to use the pool or hot tub.

The property was spacious, clean, quiet, and safe, and I have no complaints.

The room looked nice and the breakfast was good, but it felt rushed and we were charged an extra $6 for something we didn't understand.
