The cooked breakfast hit the mark, yet the shower was cramped without a movable head, the bed was very old and soft, and the roadworks right outside my window made a lot of noise—I understand it's not the hotel’s fault, but maybe offer a different room or avoid booking during the night when the works happen.

The place is in an awesome spot, the staff were fantastic and the breakfast was delightful, but we got there at 3 pm and the only parking spot was already taken.

The location was spot‑on and the staff were helpful, friendly and efficient, but the heating in the room didn’t work and there were a couple of other minor annoyances.

Fantastic place in Keswick. Staff are accommodating and the hotel location is superb! It’s close to bus stop if you are coming from Penrith you can take the X4 or X5 stops to Keswick park hotel! Value for money! Each room comes with free breakfast which is another great thing to this hotel. I’ve enjoyed my stay and will recommend this to friends who are visiting Keswick. Nothing!
