Gasthof Falter, a renovated guest house in Straubing, offers warmly decorated rooms with flat‑screen TVs and private bathrooms with complimentary toiletries. A hearty buffet breakfast, regional restaurant, and beer garden serve local cuisine. Bicycle rentals, an e‑bike charging station, bike workshop, free parking, and a 5‑minute walk to the Danube place it near the historic inner city (15 min).

Everything was perfect! This is a great place to stay when bicycling across the country. There is a storage place for your bike. Next door is a bike repair shop and a grocery store. The breakfast and dinner are excellent at the hotel. It’s a perfect place to stop for the night and the staff is great!!!
