José Augusto greeted me with a big smile and was super helpful right from the start. The room was clean, organized and cozy, and the breakfast—simple but fresh and tasty—was a real treat. Maya the dog was adorable and made the whole stay feel extra special. I’d definitely come back.

Close to Lumiar center (10‑minute walk) and São Pedro da Serra (10‑minute drive), the place sits in a peaceful, tree‑filled setting. José Augusto was on hand for everything and gave us the best local tips. Maya the dog was sweet, and he even offered a complimentary breakfast, even though it wasn’t part of the rate. No complaints.
