The bread and jam were good. We saw staff member Carrie again at breakfast; she recognized us from previous stays and is an excellent asset to the hotel. Seeing familiar staff makes us feel so at home. The overall experience was fine.

The place is clean and offers amazing value for the price. Breakfast was amazing. It sits right next to a bus stop. The only downside was the fairly hectic hill you have to walk to reach the metro station.

The room is well lit and spacious. The beds are comfy and let in natural light. Because the hotel is Muslim‑friendly, there’s a Qibla direction in the room, which was a plus. The halal breakfast buffet offers a wide variety. A mall is connected to the hotel, and there are many food options. There’s even a 7‑11 near the entrance, supermarkets, and a McDonald’s less than 100 m away. On the first night the air‑conditioning felt warm even after setting it to the lowest temperature, but the next day the room felt cooler and was not even at the lowest setting; I believed the issue was fixed when we returned to our room.
