The price was good, the location was convenient, and I could bring my pets for free, but housekeeping rang the door before checkout, the staff were overly dramatic and intrusive, there were no tub stoppers, and the room was infested with bed bugs.

The staff were unprofessional and rude, as was the manager. They took my ID at check‑in, made a copy, but returned my driver's license with a mistake. I had forgotten it, left town without it, and they called me about the loss. I asked them to mail it, but they said they couldn’t; I had to drive 3 hrs back to retrieve it. When I got there, they told me I couldn’t get it because it was locked up. After I called the police, they finally gave it to me.
