“Great location, nice staff, but very simple acomodation”

Great location and the staff were very kind and responsive to all our questions or requests. Even though the AC didn’t work, a fan was provided. Amazing location, right next to where Julius Caesar was killed, supermarket and stores very near, but a less busy location than right at Argentina Square. Toiletries were provided and a hairdryer. The shower was really, really small, very little privacy when entering the room (it was right in front of the counter). Sheets weren’t completely clean. AC and Wi‑Fi didn’t work, very little phone service, and we weren’t informed beforehand, but a fan was provided.

“Good location for exploring, but disappointing service, uncomfortable room conditions, and poor communication made this”

Conveniently located near the main attractions – a bit far from the train station but good for walking to the city’s highlights. We were very disappointed by our stay. The staff were friendly on arrival, but things deteriorated after that. The air‑con didn’t work at all and the room was very hot, plus lumpy old pillows and significant street noise with the windows open made sleeping very uncomfortable. When I asked the staff about the air‑con, my message went unanswered. The next day we had to approach a staff member who admitted reading the message but did nothing. He basically told us that’s just how it is and his best “fix” was to press buttons on the remote and told me not to change the setting – he set the remote to exactly what I had already set it to. No remedy was offered, just “hopefully it’s better tonight,” which it wasn’t. I had to explicitly ask for a fan, and that request was ignored with no follow‑up. Food spoiled because the fridge turned off when we weren’t in the room – thankfully staff corrected it when we pointed it out. Staff were never around in the “reception” and were totally unresponsive to messages and contact attempts after check‑in, even though we were told to use this method to contact them. This is not a hotel – it’s a converted apartment pretending to be one. Very expensive for what it is and definitely not worth it. We regret choosing to stay here.

Sean was very helpful and tried his best to please us. The location was fantastic. This is not a hotel. Only had three rooms and the picture shown on the website was not what it was. Rooms were small. Air‑condition did not cool the first night. Our family room air‑condition broke and was not fixed for the duration of our stay. This building is very old.

The place is modern, clean, well‑located, and the check‑in staff were attentive and helpful with the logistics.

Very clean and great location. The room has a router, but the Wi‑Fi is very weak, and the elevator is small.
