The room was amazing, with a massage chair and spa bath that scored 10/10. The Western breakfast was really good, the Japanese breakfast was good but different, and I probably wouldn’t order it again. Reception didn’t speak much English but it was still fine. It’s odd that you don’t receive a room key.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the whirlpool was fantastic! They offered a wide range of free products. The food was also good. I could order literally anything via the TV’s order service, and everything was delivered straight to the room. It seems they provide English versions of certain services, but that wasn’t the case. We had to use ChatGPT to translate the menu and the charge summary. We didn’t get a key, so we couldn’t leave the room. Some areas were still dusty and the sauna had a sweaty smell, so I avoided it.

The room was spacious, clean, and had a luxurious feel, with a large, comfortable bed. The bath was also large and relaxing. Amenities were plentiful. Most importantly, the food was delicious! I’ve stayed multiple times and always overeat because everything tastes great. The only downside might be the somewhat inconvenient location, but the bus stop is right in front, and although there are few routes, there are services that match the check‑in/out times, so public transport is fine if you can sync with those times.
