I stay about 5 days each year. I use the kitchen to eat, which is very convenient. After summer vacation ends, the place is quiet and relaxing. Regarding parking, one car per room is a bit insufficient if we gather as a group. I expect flexible handling for season and off‑season. One car ¥1000? I'd like parking considered at the Ito City parking rate.

The room was huge – even with the maximum number of guests it never felt cramped, and you could comfortably accommodate around seven people. The welcome‑drink corner was well stocked, even with alcohol, which was great for sipping after a bath, and the free ice‑lollies and Yakult were a nice touch. On the downside, the exterior looked dirty. This isn’t a budget hotel, so you’d expect a nicer feel; the walls and windows are filthy, and even an older building would feel better if those areas were kept clean.

The room was spacious and comfortable, but the hallway was hot, the crab was scant, and the hotel was far from the sea.

The room was spacious enough that a large group could stay comfortably. The downside was that the down‑going elevator was packed with guests from the upper floors, forcing us to use the stairs. Also, the meals featured almost no local fish, which was disappointing because they used to serve fresh, rare fish in the past.

The welcome drink was fantastic—I actually had two of them! I’d been here about twelve years ago, and it already feels a bit dated, which is understandable after all that time.
