住客对酒店各方面的评价。
Everything was excellent for the price, even the front desk team was superb. However, road repairs required using the hotel’s back entrance, and the worst part was that workers were sitting in the back entrance, creating a very unpleasant situation because families were coming and going; I spoke with the front desk staff, but unfortunately nothing changed and they did not take the issue seriously, so please address these small details, otherwise the hotel is fantastic.

The shuttle service was fine, but the staff could not communicate perfectly with international guests. When booking through the app, breakfast was shown as included, yet the staff refused to provide it and I had already paid for it.
