“Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt.”

The food was very good and always refilled. The service and staff met all requests and were always listening. The Wi‑Fi could be expanded. We would have liked the heating to be on during this season because the weather was partly damp, making the room feel chilly and items not drying. The building is also very old.

The room was clean, the furnishings were a bit average (older), and the bed had a comfortable mattress. The evening buffet offered two hot dishes and a cold spread; the breakfast menu was subjectively better with a wider choice. The hotel’s location was otherwise nice—by the forest, slightly shady, with a small parking lot and a lockable bike room. There were also outdoor seating options and child activities nearby—a trampoline and climbing frames. I would have liked a smaller pool or paddling pool for kids, but the menu stated the hotel has no pool. The reception staff were very nice. The furniture could feel fresher; the curtains, table, cabinets, heating, and window frames in our room looked visually from the 80s–90s—clean but clearly older.

Good location, tasty food, very suitable for families. Parking available at the hotel. Very friendly staff. No complaints.

Breakfast and dinner buffets, leisure activities, staff friendliness, and a house‑made honey‑ginger schnapps at the on‑site bar.
