The room was a nice surprise - clean and comfy. But checking in at night was a bit of a struggle. None of the front desk staff spoke English and they didn't even try to use a translation app to help us out. We were left wandering around to find our room, which was actually right by the lift, and there was no welcome to make us feel at ease. It was clear they could use some extra training on hospitality.

This place is a good find, centrally located and affordable. However, the staff could work on their professionalism - they seemed completely unbothered by my membership status. Maybe it's not a big deal, but it would've been nice to feel recognized as a loyal customer.
