“Horrible and dirty”

The experience was terrible: the bed was the worst I've ever slept on, and we were assigned a room with a filthy couch that should have been removed. The front desk lady was preoccupied with her phone and rude during check‑in. I will never return.

“Grateful for the comfortable stay”

I had a great stay at this Budget Motel. The room was nicely furnished with a refrigerator, microwave, a small coffee pod maker, and cups. There was coffee, a bit of sugar, and packets of artificial sweetener, though no tea, which would have been nice. The ice maker downstairs was handy. The room was spotless, and the bathtub was a real treat. The rooms were well insulated and quiet, the bed very comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows—both firm and softer ones, which was a nice touch. The location was convenient to various stores and shopping within easy walking distance, and the treatment was minimal, though it was right off a major access street, which was handy. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the facilities in general were well kept. I’m grateful for this affordable stay that served my quick overnight purpose very well. I would have liked a tea option in the room and something to stir with. I’m extremely light‑sensitive and didn’t like the bright white lights at night; a drape over the hair dryer assembly still let some light through, and the TV channel display needed a washcloth over it to darken enough for sleep. Otherwise, the blackout curtains worked well and there were no other lighting problems.
