There’s a nice variety of options. The only fresh fruit available were apples; I would have liked berries and melons too.

The staff are friendly and the location is fantastic—just a walk from the room to the beach! The hotel is dog‑friendly and has a pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast is excellent.

The waffles were my favorite food at the breakfast buffet. The grounds were kept up very clean inside and out. Being this is a dog friendly place, it was impressive. The ladies I spoke with at the front desk were polite, informed, personal and professional. The facilities are maintained very well. Ice is available, vending machine (by elevator). The lighthouse you can climb to was an outstanding view, recommend that. Parking was never a problem. Never felt unsafe. We had a bottom room. very convenient having a dog. Couldn't believe how clean it was outside back there. That made this place stand out. On our 3rd day the breakfast crew (1 guy) could not keep up with condiments such as syrup, butter, plastic cutlery. The main foods were kept up somewhat that day, breakfast is important on vacations. Also on our 3rd day, we requested our room be swept as sand built up on the floors in our room. No one showed up. So, by our 3rd day, the floors were annoying. GET TO BREAKFAST BY 8:30am!

The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach—and the staff are professional and friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we loved hearing the ocean from our balcony. They even gave us chairs so we could sit and enjoy coffee from the balcony in the morning. It would have been nice to have a screen on the balcony door so we could leave it open at night to hear the ocean without worrying about bugs or birds getting in.
