“The 2025 Tuesday no electricity or water incident”

I loved the simple layout of the campsite and the surrounding areas were beautiful, but unfortunately, our experience was marred by some of the reception staff who seemed completely uninterested in helping us when we needed it. To make matters worse, the whole campsite was without electricity or water for 11 hours, and the staff seemed unsympathetic to our plight. Despite this, the campsite itself was well laid out and easy to navigate.

The caravan was perfect for a short stay, but we did encounter a few issues - the plugs in the bedroom didn't work, and when we emailed to report the problem, we didn't get a response. Additionally, the hoover was in need of a good clean, which was a bit of a letdown. Despite these issues, the caravan itself was comfortable and well-equipped.

I was impressed with the restaurant on site and the caravan was a good size, but unfortunately, the cleanliness of the caravan left a lot to be desired. The floors and walls were dirty, the toilets and sinks hadn't been cleaned, and there was mould on all the bedroom curtains. To make matters worse, we returned home covered in bites, possibly from mites or fleas, and the sofas were covered in dog hair.

“Family holiday”

I've been to this park before and was looking forward to our fourth visit - the surroundings are lovely and the site is always kept tidy. The staff were friendly and welcoming, but we did encounter a few issues with the caravan. Although it looked clean at first glance, there was dust on the fire and under the TV, and some of the appliances weren't working, including the DVD player and toaster. The shop could also do with a bit more stock and the prices for meals and drinks were a bit steep.

I was really disappointed with the state of the caravan when we arrived - it was clear that it hadn't been properly cleaned, with green mold on the decking and railings, and a table covered in green moss. The floors were also a mess, with bits and pieces scattered everywhere, and we had to do a deep clean of all the floors and surfaces before we could even start to relax. To make matters worse, there was a dirty mop bucket left on the decking with stale and dirty water in it.
