Being right next to a restaurant is handy when you arrive late and don't want to hunt for food. We got in at 22:30, the AC was blasting in the room—so cold it was like a freezer! I tried to turn up the heat to warm it up, but the hotel didn't have heaters; it's mid‑October, so a little warmth would have helped. We arrived late and the hotel didn't make the beds; we had to do it ourselves at 22:30. Having beds made in a hotel is the bare minimum.

The staff were friendly, but the room and bathroom were very small (we stayed in a room with a private bathroom); keep in mind this is a budget hotel for a single night.

The location was convenient, but the condition of the showers and bathrooms was deplorable; most guests were construction workers, and the behavior around the toilets and showers was unacceptable, so more frequent cleaning rotation would help.
