The hotel is very basic.

The hotel is basic but has all the essential equipment: a separate bathroom with a shower and hot water, air conditioning, good bedding, and parking. Check that everything works on arrival—air conditioning, TV, fridge—and ask for rooms facing the back of the building for more silence.

They refused to refund the 500‑birr security deposit because I was half an hour late (13:05) for the agreed checkout at 12:30 due to preparing my child. Once they mentioned a late‑checkout fee but couldn’t prove it was a written rule, then they said the fee applied until 17:00; I told them the room would still be mine until 5 am, yet they wouldn’t give me the room. The service was extremely poor.
