The apartment was spacious and I found it fairly cool even without constantly using the air‑conditioner. Street traffic from the main road was audible due to fairly heavy local traffic; the furnishings were dated and the bathrooms needed maintenance or replacement of some fixtures.

“Posizione eccellente ma poco confortevole”

The host was really kind, leaving fresh water in the fridge and waiting for us to check‑in late in the afternoon, and I think the location is exceptional! The apartment, while tidy, feels very old and hasn’t been renovated at all – it’s an antiquated space that even smells a bit off, with stained walls and a bed that isn’t very comfortable, so it’s not very welcoming or cozy. It was clean, but I didn’t appreciate the host bringing his dog inside the apartment. The bathroom is quite far from the bedroom; you have to walk through a corridor, a kitchen, and even climb a few steps that felt uncomfortable at night. Also, the bathroom window was broken, the shower head was tiny and unusable, and the towel rack couldn’t hold anything; the sanitary fixtures and accessories were very old. In short, if you’re not too picky, given the low price for that area and the host offering a small breakfast with packaged items—some brioche, crackers, jam, milk, and coffee—one night or at most a weekend might be acceptable.

“Comodo e rilassante”

The breakfast was varied and well stocked. The location is great for both restaurants and supermarkets. Plus the nearest beach is just a 4‑minute drive away and it’s beautiful. Fabio was ready to give us everything we needed, like jam and water, right away. Everything worked out fine.
