The only bright spot was the exceptional location. The room was tiny, and for a while there was no water and no one informed us. The mattress wasn’t very clean. On our last night we arrived to find the room still unclean despite the “cleaning” sign; the hotel’s response was absolutely disappointing.

Breakfast was excellent. Overall everything was very good. The location was superb, and for the Paris prices I feel the value is excellent. I was able to stay with my dog without any issues.

Everything about this hotel is great. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the place sits within walking distance of the metro and key spots. The breakfast room is lovely, offering tasty coffee, tea, and croissants.

The location is close to many sites, and the bed was comfortable enough. The room was so small that there was no space to open a suitcase, and the shower was also very small. Facilities were limited. Most staff were friendly, but one night the staff dismissed my questions. At check‑in the staff didn’t explain the room’s facilities.
