“First rate stopover en route to Calais.”
The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable, and the room itself was superb. Breakfast was fresh and varied, though there was a mix‑up about our arrival time that was quickly resolved. Keep in mind the small town has few shops and restaurants, and the ones that exist are closed on Mondays.

The host was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist guests. The historic property is charming, with interiors decorated in an 18th‑century style. It isn’t the owner’s fault, but during the heatwave the top‑floor rooms can reach over 30 °C, so choose your timing wisely 😁
The renovation is of high quality in an 18th‑century style, and the host offers a warm and efficient welcome.
The family stay was a great success, with Jean Michel greeting us warmly as a very attentive host. The rooms were comfortable, with excellent bedding and neat décor, and breakfast was delicious featuring homemade jams, garden‑farmed eggs, exquisite pastries, and refined breads. We highly recommend this charming stop!
