The location is quiet and sits on a slightly higher area from the city center, about 1.5 km from major tourist spots; breakfast is acceptable but lacks hot dishes and variety. My room was on the roof and required climbing a narrow staircase with more than 12 steps; the lighting in the room was annoying and was meant for outdoor use, and there were no paper towels.
