The TV in my room was broken and not connected, so I had to move to another room—something that should have been checked before I arrived; a basic inspection would have avoided that hassle. The staff were kind, courteous, and very helpful, but I had just landed from a long flight and was exhausted, so having to pack up and relocate was especially inconvenient. I hope this feedback ensures rooms and amenities are thoroughly checked before guests check in.

“If we go to another concert, we will pick this hotel again!”

Very convenient to Raymond James Stadium, and we walked safely to and from the Bruno Mars concert! Front desk staff—her name was Vicki—was helpful, funny, friendly, and nice! The room was clean and had no issues! We had no problems at all! Thank you!

I was charged $50 per night for sedan parking, which is a different fee than the one mentioned.

“It was an overall great Hotel and a Great Weekend!”

The bed was really soft and the swimming pool was really nice, but the parking cost was higher than I expected.
