Localização. Spa não estava funcionando. Funcionários do bar mau humorados. Não foram capazes de emprestar um cálice de vinho. Muita má vontade no atendimento. Na recepção, poucos atenderam com boa vontade

The room’s cleanliness was a bit lacking, and the bathroom flush wasn’t great. The service and staff were excellent. The accommodation was great, the location was perfect, and the breakfast was excellent. The room’s cleaning and the toilet flush were the only issues.

The room is spacious. The hotel is quite old; the furniture is old, even the blanket looks very old. The bathroom is very old and needs renovation. I was not happy—it’s not clean, and I even found a blood spot on one blanket.
