The meals themselves were tasty, but they never gave us any clue about when breakfast, lunch or dinner would be served. It left us guessing and a bit frustrated, especially when we were hungry. Otherwise the kitchen did a solid job.

This spot is fantastic, and the staff really made the difference—Luiz Carlos was especially attentive and friendly. My family felt welcomed the whole time and we all enjoyed our stay.

“Não voltarei mais”

The location offers a stunning view, but the lack of a TV or internet connection was a let‑down, and the advertised amenities like the sauna and jacuzzi were out of order. The meals were repetitive and not very appealing either. So while the scenery impressed, the overall experience fell short.

The setting is lovely—great views, lots of wildlife, a forested area and a nice patio, and breakfast was decent enough. However, the rooms feel dated and poorly maintained, and at night there’s no front desk staff; the gate sometimes stays closed and the security line never answers the 9 extension. Sound travels everywhere, so you can hear every conversation and footstep from neighboring rooms, which gets annoying when other guests are noisy.

A cozy, welcoming spot with staff who are genuinely friendly and food that hits the spot. Nothing really bothered us, so we left feeling satisfied.
