Perfect location, in the middle of the vineyards. Right in between Beaune and all the lively wine villages. beautifully restored building with all modern comforts but all the lovely old details. Great breakfast, honesty bar. Rooms are modern, and have a great bed!. Only thing we missed was bottled water in the room. Everything g else was absolutely perfect!

Belle demeure fraichement rénovée avec qualité et goût. La chambre était spacieuse et le lit très confortable. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et magnifiquement préparé. Nous avons pu profiter de la très belle piscine, certes un peu fraiche mais très propre. Dans notre salle de bain nous avions un problème d'eau froide qui était très chaude et mettait très longtemps a devenir froide. La responsable était au courant et s'en est excusée. Le technicien était prévu pour résoudre le soucis

The help who could’t help us at least tried. The owner/host of this place is like Trump. She is the best. Nobody is better. Nobody had problems at the hotel because it is the best in the world… We had a booking for 3 nights but were thrown out of the hotel the first night after complaining about a dysfunctional air‑co and no cold tap water. There is nobody to welcome you and communication is by WhatsApp. The very arrogant host doesn’t pick up the phone to give a proper explanation of the problems we experienced, so we had to try to explain in writing and take pictures of the air‑co display because she didn’t believe us. (26 °C) After 2.5 hours (and we had to go for dinner) a polite help arrived but didn’t speak a word of English, so bad communication again. When we came back from dinner she told us everything was solved but we should leave the hotel (by WhatsApp of course). We refused to leave at 23.00 hr and left the next morning. There was yet another childish act for us in the morning. She shut off the hot water for showering. Why didn’t this surprise us? Now we read other reviews who experienced the same air‑co problems. She lied to them as she lied to us. Did we pay, of course not.

A nice location in a quiet area among the vineyards. A lovely house. The room was a good size, comfortable, pleasantly decorated, well equipped. More a B&B than a hotel… (see the lower ones). The owners greet you and give instructions via WhatsApp, but we never saw them during 4 days… average welcome… So, the spa or tasting announcements, we never saw the color, nor even heard about them. Breakfast was quite repetitive, lacked variety and the pre‑service on the plate did not always match our wishes. If the owners are absent, we, on the other hand, did not appreciate being disturbed the first morning in our room by the owners’ assistant (the only person we saw during the stay, only present in the morning), to demand payment for the 4 days! For bike rental, little help or advice. For regional riches or recommendable restaurants, the same since there is no one! Conclusions: 1. This establishment does not deserve 5 stars. 2. It clearly lacks the owners’ presence. You cannot manage this type of establishment that claims to be high‑end from a distance.

The property sits beautifully among the vineyards, and both the house and the rooms look stunning; the breakfast, prepared by a very friendly lady, was also flawless. Everything was perfect.
