The place is well‑located, very quiet, the apartment is tidy with good bedding and a terrace, and a pleasant lady greeted us, yet the man who handled check‑out was quite hostile, ignored our questions, demanded the tax, and became very unpleasant when I tried to pay by card even though we had cash; he simply refused to give us the correct change.

The accommodation was practical, everything was available, even a minibar, and it was very thoughtful.

Everything needed was provided, the location between Europa Park and Rulantica is excellent, we felt very comfortable and would book again, and there were no negatives.
