The hotel itself was nice, but the photos were misleading; the real experience didn’t match the pictures, which is disappointing.
It’s decent, suitable for a layover so you can visit nearby islands. I’d suggest going to Rawai Beach if you stay longer, but for a couple of days this place is sufficient.

The pool, the room, and the location are good. The breakfast is very limited, the fried eggs are cracked and cold, there is no bar or restaurant, and the cleaning is done by kids after school around 17/18 h when you return from the beach.

The staff helped us cancel our booking on site and ensured we got a refund, which was great. Unfortunately, the photos were AI‑generated and didn’t reflect reality at all. The room was spacious, but the bathroom was dirty. The terrace had only wooden and concrete benches, no proper chairs, and the awnings were made of particle board, so you couldn’t sit under them because of the heat. The garden was poorly maintained and looked like it had been abandoned. We’re not picky, but based on the posted photos we expected a very different accommodation, so we wanted to move to another place. They eventually resolved it nicely by refunding us.
“Fabulous location, comfy rooms and brilliant staff”
The rooms are superb—spacious, clean, and well equipped. The staff are fabulous, always eager to help and very attentive. The pool was lovely; we had it to ourselves for a few days and the loungers are very comfortable. The property is very green with lovely plants and sits in a quieter spot just on the edge of town. A 3‑minute walk takes you into town and to the shops and night markets, which are worth visiting. The only drawback is that the public areas are starting to look a bit tired; a quick spruce‑up at the end of the season would fix it.
