The wellness area was good, but the Junior‑Suite was directly on the Bundesstraße, so opening the window wasn’t possible because it was too loud. Cheaper rooms had a significantly better location. Almost all dinner courses were buffet‑style, which made it uncomfortable and noisy.

The wellness area was large and the food was great; allergies were taken into account. The booked spa treatments were only fixed for one person with an appointment. With the help of the staff, a solution was found and accepted. The first treatment was booked before our arrival without informing us (room upgrade compensation), so the wellness vacation turned into a short trip without a special wellness factor. At breakfast our table was already set because other guests were eating there.
