The dinners were delicious and the staff were great, but breakfast was good only until the flying pests appeared; I respect nature, yet it was a bit unbearable to keep swiping them away while eating.

The grounds were gorgeous—having never been in a jungle or rainforest, I didn't know what to expect, but I loved our accommodations surrounded by lush foliage and hummingbirds; the natural‑looking hot tubs were staggered for privacy, the food was delicious, and we had breakfast every day, always ordering something different; the staff were awesome, knowledgeable, friendly, and always accommodating. I can’t think of anything negative, except that it was far from Liberia Airport, but we knew that going in.
