They were great about checking us in even though we arrived super late. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work at all in the room, and none of the staff spoke English, which is odd in Jakarta, Indonesia’s main city. The staff were condescending when we mentioned the Wi‑Fi issue. The bathroom was dirty, and the water was inconsistent for showers. The sheets had stains, and we didn’t get breakfast after paying for it.
