The location is simply perfect, only 3 min to the bus and train stops and a maximum of 30 min to San Marco, right under the house a café serves breakfast, a restaurant on the corner. The downside is that it stays noisy until midnight and early in the morning you can hear traffic on the canals, but that’s just part of living in the centre.

The bathroom was filthy with mold and mildew. The room itself smelled horrendous and the AC was broken. I left immediately and booked another hotel. The hotel refused to refund me.
