The breakfast spread was generous, though the cooked dishes weren't hot enough and the plates were cold.

Breakfast was fabulous, and the room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for us to enjoy our stay, but parking for disabled people was limited and by the time we secured one in the Station Yard site we had already paid just over £31, so we’ll be more mindful next time.

The decor and location were good, but our room number 11 was small, the bathroom smelled, it was too hot, the window made it noisy, it was above the kitchen and next to a drying room, and we could hear everything from delivery men and staff.

The location is great for exploring Seahouses and the rest of beautiful Northumberland, and it’s nice that the hotel is dog‑friendly, but there isn’t enough car parking space and no electric car charging points.
