“พนักงานล๊อบบี้บริการดีทุกคน”
The lobby staff were friendly. The facial basin had toothpaste residue that wasn’t cleaned properly.

The venue was closed with an impact arena that I went to for a concert. The hotel was comfortable and clean. Because I had to work on my notebook, I needed brighter lighting; it’s inconvenient to work in low light conditions.

Adding a spare bed on short notice was possible!

The facilities were solid, but the breakfast felt basic and repetitive; more variety would help.
