The room looked very nice and was well designed, but the noise from the rooms above and next to us was annoying. We were a couple traveling from Eilat to the north, hoping to rest before getting back to routine, but we only stayed about three hours trying to sleep without success. Constant music and building noise kept us up, so we packed up and left in the car. This is the first time I’ve been so disappointed at this level.

The amazing staff answered every question, but the morning shift starts around 10 am, so if you need an early check‑out you must leave a key at reception because they’re not available in the morning; aside from that it’s perfect.
