The owner was very friendly, always available when needed and took good care of the guests, but in the bathroom water was always running—though it wasn’t clear what was causing it, the noise could be heard through the door and I woke up a few times.

The location in the old town is great, breakfast was good, and the bed and pillows were comfortable; however, I couldn’t reach the owner before arrival because of a late flight into Tbilisi, and although Mariam is kind, she complained about everything at breakfast every morning, which was exhausting; the room was small but had plenty of shelf space and hangers.

The spot was spot-on, everything close by, the bed was super comfy, and the crew were super attentive. The bathroom felt a bit cramped.
